Town of Wells, owner/applicant. Site Plan Amendment Application to construct a 3,340 SF building addition (municipal use), to update the existing site conditions; depict the shared parking with WOSCD and the additional 1.79 acres of land acquired. The property is located off of 1434 Post Road and is within the General Business District. Tax Map 51, Lot 3.B-EXE  Report Results of Site Walk

Congdons Donuts

Congdon’s Donuts Inc. owner; Gary Leech, applicant; Corner Post Land Surveying, agent. Site Plan Amendment Application to construct a building addition for added seating and walk-in cooler for the 85 seat Standard Restaurant and Bakery; addition of up to 3 Fast-Food Restaurant food trucks for later after hours; seeking approval of existing site conditions and connection to abutting off-site parking lot.
