Final Subdivision Amendment Application seeking re-approval of the prior amendment which proposed to revise the subsurface wastewater disposal system and to revise the box culvert at Brendan’s Way to three 30” diameter high-density culverts. The prior subdivision approval was not recorded at the YCRD within 90 days of approval and therefore is now Null and Void.
