Wells Public Library

Town of Wells, owner/applicant. Site Plan Amendment Application to construct a 3,340 SF building addition (municipal use), to update the existing site conditions; depict the shared parking with WOSCD and the additional 1.79 acres of land acquired. The property is located off of 1434 Post Road and is within the General Business District. Tax Map 51, Lot 3.B-EXE

Wells Sanitary District

Wells Sanitary District, owner/applicant. Site Plan Amendment Application to install solar arrays on the north side of the property to power the wastewater treatment facility.  The solar arrays are to be accessory to the Public Utility Facility use. The property is located off of 197 Eldridge Road and is within the Residential A and 250’ Shoreland Overlay Districts. Tax Map 115, Lot 180-EXE.
