Hannaford

Hannaford Bros. Co. LLC, owner/applicant. Dwight Anderson, PE of Stantec, agent. Site Plan Amendment Application for a new 26,538 SF gravel parking area to be constructed to accommodate approximately 60 new parking spaces. No change in used proposed to the existing Business Retail use or accessory structures on the parcel. The property is located off of 107 Wells Plaza and is within the General Business and 250’ Shoreland Overlay Districts. Tax Map 121, Lot 20-A.

Milliard Construction

Milliard Construction Co, Inc, owner/applicant. Corner Post Land Surveying, agent. Site Plan Amendment Application seeking approval to move a 4,200 SF and 2,500 SF Business Contractor use building envelopes; to enlarge and move a 10,125 SF Business Contractor use building envelope to 11,704 SF; and depict existing buildings, trailers and stockpile areas; depict the new dumpster and portable toilet storage areas, to allocate up to 4,000 gross SF in new structure in envelope “E” and construct a new 22 space parking area off of an existing 50’ wide ROW on Tax Map 50, Lot 22.  The parcel also has an existing Live/Work unit within envelope “E.” The parcel is located off of 777 Sanford Road and is within the Light Industrial District. Sea Landing Subdivision Amendment

Final Subdivision Amendment to revise note 9 on sheet SS2 to permit a 100 SF patio to be constructed adjacent to each unit vs. a 100 SF brick patio adjacent to each units garage. The Subdivision consists of 10 dwelling units and is a Life Care Facility with a clubhouse. No changes in use or units proposed. The parcel is located off of 753 Post Road and is within the General Business District. Tax Map 117, Lot 53. Receive Final Subdivision Application,  review and consider approving the Certificate of Amendment
