Grey Gull Estates Subdivision

1950 Lafayette Road, LLC, owner; Civil Consultants, applicant/ agent. Minor Subdivision Amendment to create 1 lot/dwelling unit for a total of 3 lots and 5 dwelling units. Currently 2 lots and 4 dwelling units are approved. The subdivision is located within the Residential B and 250’ Shoreland Overlay Districts. The subdivision lots are located off of Webhannet Drive and Perkins Lane. Tax Map 112, Lot 79-1 and 79-2.

Site Plan Pre-Application for a 60 unit Hotel/Motel use, a 40 seat Standard Restaurant and associated parking. The parcel is located off of 28 Mile Road and is within the General Business District. Milliard Construction

Milliard Construction Co, Inc, owner/applicant. Corner Post Land Surveying, agent. Site Plan Amendment Application seeking approval to move a 4,200 SF and 2,500 SF Business Contractor use building envelopes; to enlarge and move a 10,125 SF Business Contractor use building envelope to 11,704 SF; and depict existing buildings, trailers and stockpile areas; depict the new dumpster and portable toilet storage areas, to allocate up to 4,000 gross SF in new structure in envelope “E” and construct a new 22 space parking area off of an existing 50’ wide ROW on Tax Map 50, Lot 22.  The parcel also has an existing Live/Work unit within envelope “E.” The parcel is located off of 777 Sanford Road and is within the Light Industrial District. Preliminary Subdivision Application to further subdivide the remaining land (lot 4) of the Grand Trail Place Subdivision. The major subdivision proposes to create an additional 33 residential cluster lots/dwelling units for a total of 36 lots/dwellings. Grand Trail Drive, a private road right of way, is proposed to be extended north and connect to Branch Road. Ogunquit River Inn

Ryan Amin, owner/applicant. Site Plan Amendment seeking approval for additional lighting in the hotel parking lot. No changes are proposed to the existing Lodging Facility which consists of 80 hotel/motel units. The property is located off of 17 Post Road and is within the General Business and Shoreland Overlay Districts. Tax Map 102, Lot 5. Moody Beach RV Resort

MHC Moody Beach, LLC, owner; Greggory Kane, applicant; Kirk Ball of Acheron Engineering, agent. Site Plan Amendment Application seeking approval to expand the existing Tent and Recreational Vehicle (RV) Park. The expansion includes 71 new RV sites, conversion of an accessory storage building into a bathhouse and depiction of other existing conditions. The property is located off of 266 Post Road and is within the General Business and Rural Districts. Tax Map 19, Lot 8. Consider granting a 60 day extension

Wells Beach Environmental

Quiland, Inc. owner; Peter Garthwaite, applicant. Post Road Surveying, Inc. agent. Site Plan Application for a Recycling Facility which shall consist of various concrete pads, buildings, a scale and scale house. The application will also involve the merging of 2 parcels into 1 parcel. The 2 parcels are part of the Berwick Road Business Park Subdivision. The properties are located within the Light Industrial District and are off of Willie Hill Road. Tax Map 40, Lot 3-10 and 3-11. Consider receiving the site plan application, determine if a site walk is necessary (over 6 months since site walk waiver granted), workshop draft completeness
