I.

Grey Gull Estates Subdivision

1950 Lafayette Road, LLC, owner; Civil Consultants, applicant/ agent. Minor Subdivision Amendment to create 1 lot/dwelling unit for a total of 3 lots and 5 dwelling units. Currently 2 lots and 4 dwelling units are approved. The subdivision is located within the Residential B and 250’ Shoreland Overlay Districts. The subdivision lots are located off of Webhannet Drive and Perkins Lane. Tax Map 112, Lot 79-1 and 79-2.  Workshop compliance and Findings of Fact & Decisions for possible approval
II.

Grand Trail Place II

The Daniel Chase Family Real Estate Trust, owner; Walter Pelkey of BH2M, agent; Andrew Morrell, PE, engineer. Preliminary Subdivision Application to further subdivide the remaining land (lot 4) of the Grand Trail Place Subdivision. The major subdivision proposes to create an additional 33 residential cluster lots/dwelling units for a total of 36 lots/dwellings. Grand Trail Drive, a private road right of way, is proposed to be extended north and connect to Branch Road. Open Space areas and remaining land proposed.  The parcel is located within the Residential A and Rural Districts. Tax Map 56, Lot 6. Workshop Preliminary Completeness and determine Preliminary Public Hearing

Ogunquit River Inn

Ryan Amin, owner/applicant. Site Plan Amendment seeking approval for additional lighting in the hotel parking lot. No changes are proposed to the existing Lodging Facility which consists of 80 hotel/motel units. The property is located off of 17 Post Road and is within the General Business and Shoreland Overlay Districts. Tax Map 102, Lot 5. Report Independent Site Visit results and plan recommendations

Hardy's Bluff Subdivision Amendment

Dennis & Melodie Hardy and Kristen & Mark Thomspon, owners; Anderson Livingston Engineers, agent. Final Subdivision Amendment to adjust lot line of lot 12-1 and lot 12 (lots 4 and 5 as identified on the 1970 Powell Subdivision plan). The parcels are located off of Hardy’s Bluff Road and are within the General Business Districts. Tax Map 135, Lot 12 and 12-1. Determine a site walk, workshop draft completeness, determine a public hearing, workshop draft compliance
V.

Julian Huxley Subdivision Amendment

Daniel Robinson, owner. Steven Horne, consultant. Final Subdivision Amendment Application to change the location of Lot 2’s septic system and driveway location. The parcel is located off of Julian Huxley Lane and is within the Rural District. Tax Map 24, Lot 31-C-2. Receive Subdivision Amendment, determine if a site walk is necessary, workshop completeness, determine if a public hearing is necessary, workshop compliance and draft Findings of Fact & Decisions for possible approval
