Sea Orchard Subdivision

Thomas & Ruth Bergen, owner. Robert Libby, BH2M, applicant/agent. Subdivision Amendment Application seeking approval to adjust the lot line between lots 5 and 6; for after the fact approval of wetland fill; and to amend the buffer/screening provided within the Homeowners’ Association Open Space area. The parcels and subject Open Space area are located within the Residential A District. The subdivision is located off of Route 1 on Autumn Lane. The parcels are identified as Tax Map 135, Lots 9-5 and 9-6 and HOA Open Space.

Site Plan Pre-Application for a Municipal Facility use which shall consist of approximately 40,000 SF in structure for a combined Police and Fire Station and associated parking on 2.14 acres of land at the corner of Route One and Harbor Road. The parcels are located within the General Business District and are identified as Tax Map 135, Lot 45-EXE, 46-EXE, 48-EXE, 49-EXE, and 50-EXE. Report Results of Site Walk

Wells Fire Sub-Station

Town of Wells, owner; Steve Bushey, agent. Site Plan Pre-Application for a Municipal Facility use which shall consist of approximately 5,300 SF in structure for a Fire Sub-Station and associated parking on 13.99 acres of land at the intersection of Route 109 and Bragdon Road. The parcel is located within the Residential A District and is identified as Tax Map 55, Lot 13-EXE. Report Results of Site Walk

Parker Ridge Subdivision

Troy Parker, owner. Lower Village Survey, agent. Final Subdivision Amendment Application seeking approval to extend the reclamation deadline five more years from May 7, 2017 to May 7, 2022 as required as a condition of approval within the Findings of Fact & Decisions of the 2012 approval. No other changes proposed. The subdivision is located off of Perry Oliver Road and Quarry Road (506 Quarry Road) and is within the Rural District. Tax Map 37, Lot 6-3. Receive Subdivision Amendment Application, determine if a site walk is necessary, consider change to Findings of Fact & Decisions, consider if a public hearing is to be scheduled

Preliminary Subdivision Application for a Multifamily Development consisting of 42 dwelling units on one 19.45 acre parcel of land. The parcel is located off of Stephen Eaton Lane via Papa Smurf Lane and Bourassa Lane. The parcel is located within the Residential A and General Business District. Tax Map 134, Lot 70, Map 138, Lots 19C, 19D, and 19G. Present revised subdivision layout, determine if another site walk is to be scheduled, consider granting a 60 day extension to allow additional time prepare revised submission materials
