PUBLIC HEARINGS:

                               I.            CONTINUATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE APPEAL

Thomas Pulsifer, abutter, is appealing the Code Enforcement Officer’s decision per Sec.145-69.A. of the Land Use Code, regarding the approved Building Permit #19-00512 “Phase 1 Foundation Only” to construct a new single family dwelling at the property along Ocean Avenue identified as Tax Assessor’s Map 051 Lot 3-3-16. Consideration of Appellant’s Request to Withdraw Appeal.

                            II.            VARIANCE APPEAL
Paul M. Picciano, property owner, is requesting a variance for a reduction from the 6ft setback requirement on the northeasterly property line to re-construct a new single family dwelling. The property is located at 10 Rachel Carson Lane, further identified as Tax Assessor’s Map 122 Lot 115-A and resides within the Residential Beach District (RB).

                               I.            ADMINISTRATIVE APPEAL  The Flintlock Village Board of Directors, represented by Board President Nancy Peterson is appealing the Code Enforcement Officer’s decision to approve Building Permit #19-00619

                            II.            ADMINISTRATIVE APPEAL
Thomas Pulsifer, contractor, is appealing the Code Enforcement Officer’s decision to issue a “Notice of Violation” per Sec.145-69.A. of the Land Use Code.
