Gerald Jean, owner; Gary Leech, applicant; Corner Post Land Surveying, agent. Site Plan Amendment Application seeking approval to locate up to 10 Food Trucks (Fast-Food Restaurant use), expand parking lot and install gravel in the parking lot. The parcel is located off of Post Road and is within the General Business District. Tax Map 123, Lot 6. Report results of Site Walk

Seagull Condominium

Seagull Condominium Association, owner; Brady Frick Associates, agent. Site Plan Amendment Application seeking approval for tree cutting within the 75’ Shoreland Overlay zone of the property/ 25’ wide Lodging Facility landscaped buffer area. No change in use proposed to the existing non-conforming/ grandfathered Lodging Facility. The parcel is located off of 1413 Post Road and is within the General Business and 250’/ 75’ Shoreland Overlay Districts. Tax Map 129, Lot 31. Consider scheduling a site walk to review trees to be maintained

Subdivision Amendment Application to create an easement on Lot 19 for installation of a propane tank for lot 24; revise septic system location on lot 13; relocate a stormwater pond from lot 12 to lot 13 and create an easement on lot 13 for stormwater.  The parcels are located off of Rose Way and Brackett lane and are within the Residential A District. Report results of site walk, workshop completeness, determine a public hearing if appropriate, workshop compliance and draft Findings of Fact & Decisions for possible approval if appropriate
