Officer Joe LaBier is a graduate of the 23rd Basic Law Enforcement Training Program and has been with the Wells Police Department since 2012. He was the Wells Police Department’s employee of the year in 2013, and was assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division in 2015. He has a significant amount of specialized training in investigations including crime scene processing and forensic examination of evidence along with background investigations and interviewing techniques. He serves as the President of the Wells Police Benevolent Association and as the Secretary of the York County Intelligence Task Force. He is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician and is also proud to oversee the Wells Police Department’s Good Morning Program.
